Sweetest gang ever. We saw Kaili and her family today. Feels like we go months between visits. Totally her fault that we don't see each other more often. ha ha. See if she still reads this thing or not.
The kids found this tree branch and replanted it in the sand. Right beside the moat that they made. Kept them happily busy for a long long time. At times like that I dream about us living on lakefront property and the kids playing for hours outside by the lake. Was a very nice morning catching up with friends.

I say you need some lakefront property to hang out on the weekends in the summer. Kind of like a cottage, but not too far from home.
