Senior National Championships - Single Mogul competition at Apex Mountain

It was such an exciting weekend up at the ski hill.  We woke up early and went to stalk the Olympic athletes.  We had breakfast in the village (which we never do - we always eat at home) in hopes of running into them.  We didn't.  Then we went to the run where they were going to compete in hopes that we could get their autographs and photos.

Alex and Rachel were up late (till 10:30 pm) drawing photos of the athletes.  They were so thrilled that they were able to get their pictures autographed.

End of Season Skating Show

 Alex and Rachel's end of year skating show.  They loved it.  They did great.  They skated to four numbers.  The theme was 'Night at the Movies'.  Really cute.  Top picture was for 'Jailhouse rock'.

 Kaili and her boys came to cheer them on.  So kind of them.  We have no family here so really nice to have someone either than me and Papa in the stands for them.

 Plaid skirts were for 'Austin Power' number.  I didn't get photos of the other two which were 'Men in Black' and 'Time Warp'.  So proud of my girls.  Now if I can only convince Sophia to take some skating lessons....
