Dance recital weekend.

 Mandoo got a lot smarter today. lol

 The twins had their year end band concert this week.  It was super fun to watch.  

 My birds are back.  Beautiful calliope.

 And colourful rufous.

 Farm fresh eggs from Uncle Sylvano's chickens.  They are cute little eggs.  The eggs will get bigger once the chickens grow bigger.

 Year end piano recital at the senior's centre.  All the kids did great.

 Then the girls got changed out of their dresses to go and see the chickens up close.  They said the chickens were 'soft' to hold.

Fun and busy weekend.

Bijou's 8th Birthday

 We just celebrated Sophia's 8th birthday party at the bowling alley.  Which worked out really well since it was rainy and cold outside.  Such a difference from plus 30 weather last weekend.

 I totally forgot to take a group picture of the kids. Darn it.  Kaili remembered to take pictures near the end so this is the kids that were last to leave. lol

 This was on her real birthday.  Everyone woke up super early and Sophia opened her presents from the family.  A voice changer from Alex.  And a lava lamp from Rachel.

 Birthday cupcake that Alex and Rachel made for Sophia.  They made the cupcakes for Sophia's class that she brought to school on Friday to share with her classmates.

Birthday supper at Earls.  It was very fun and relaxing.  Bijou had a great time celebrating her birthday.  Surrounded by lots and lots of love.

13th Birthday Party

 Alex and Rachel turn 13 tomorrow.  Teenagers already!  lol.   They had a pool party with some of their classmates this afternoon.  It was the perfect day to jump in the pool with friends.
