Art Gallery & Piano Recital

 We made it to the year end piano recital last night.  With the lack of interest in practising and the fights when they did practise their duet, I was seriously considering not participating in the recital.  But they wanted to attend the concert.  And in the end, they did great.  A big sigh of relief that everything went well.

Sophia's 4th Birthday

 Today is Sophia's 4th Birthday!  

We celebrated with her friends yesterday.  It was a little overwhelming for her.  But she was happy.  It's been a whirlwind of birthdays this past week.  Lots of pink balloons in our house.  Can't believe our littlest one is 4 already.  We love her SO much.

 Pet Shop that the girls created.  They made the sign (we love the Cricut machine for lettering).  Then we bought the pets.  Half cats, half dogs.  Placed them in baskets and made up pet adoption certificates on the computer.  The kids picked either a dog and the cat and that was their loot bag.  It ended up being quite chaotic but worked out in the end.  Alex and Rachel loved planning that for their sister.

My girls are turning 9 years old this week.  They celebrated with their classmates this past weekend.  They had a great time.  Was totally spoiled.  Ate pizza, painted pottery and ate delicious cake. 17 little girls in pretty dresses.

 My girly girls.  Love them so much.  Love how much they love each other and take care of each other.  They fight too, don't get me wrong.  But overall they get along so well.

Love the dresses, Shannon!  Was kind of nervous that they were going to wear their new dresses to paint pottery but they never got a drop on themselves.  Girls had a great day.
