They like them because once the lesson is over, they head over to the hot tub. Then they take off their caps and fill them with water. Then they stand over a friend, with cap filled with water and let go. The cap ends up on their friends' head perfectly on. And the water that was in the cap splashes their friends' face. They live for that moment.

i think i used to hate swimming caps. because they were too tight and pulled my hair.

Isn't it crazy how those swimming caps and goggles make all the difference? Suddenly Keira loves swimming under water!
I'll let them know not to do that to Hudson. And yes, they swim so much better with the goggles. I noticed a huge difference right away.
